Our story

Seek is a content platform full of recommendations and secret tips on where to eat, drink, and explore from deeply knowledgeable consumer leisure experts. Our wide ranging recs cover everything from trendy rooftops to aesthetic coffee shops, secret art galleries, raunchy comedy shows, scenic hikes, and more. Our expert curators are connoisseurs in their fields, including an omakase aficionado who has been to over 300 omakase tastings around the world, a professional magician in-the-know on all the hidden magic shows in NYC, and the founder of the oldest jazz tour in NYC who has been to every jazz club in the city.

We have over 4,000 recommendations in the app in the New York metro area alone (other cities coming soon) from our 150 unique and interesting curators passionate about sharing secret tips about cool spots around the city. Download today to plan your next adventure!

For our curator community, Seek provides an opportunity for talented experts to showcase and amplify their knowledge. Curators are able to carve a niche on Seek and be known for what they are good at, be it the coffee connoisseur everyone wants to follow, the lauded photographer with the best recs on cool city photo opps, or the museum expert with all the stories behind the artifacts.

In addition, devoted followers have the ability to subscribe to curators’ premium content and support their work on Seek. This way, curators don’t have to peddle product advertising and can be fully dedicated to what they love to do best – discovering and sharing unforgettable leisure experiences. We want our curators to be known for their passion and rewarded for their knowledge.
